How do I make sure my design is right before production?
Don’t worry, we won’t ship anything until we have your approval.
After placing your order custom stamp order, here’s the process to get your perfect stamp:
Place Your Stamp Order
Check Your Details: Ensure your delivery address is correct.
Choose Shipping: Select your preferred shipping method.
Checkout: Proceed to checkout to finalise your order.
Receive Your Proof
Design Proof: For custom stamps that require a design proof, we’ll send you one within one business day.
Review and Revise: You can request revisions until you’re completely satisfied with the design.
Final Approval & Production
Approve the Design: After you approve the final design, we’ll start production.
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders approved before 3pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Orders approved after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
How long will it take to get my order?
Receive your proof within 1 business day for approval.
Post-approval, If your order reaches us before 3pm AEST, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders post this time will be shipped on the next business day.
Regular post: Metro 3-5 days, Regional 5-7 days.
Express: Metro 1-2 days, Regional 2-4 days.

Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes, collection is available and it's a free option. Just choose "local pickup" during checkout. We'll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
