Placing an order with us is a breeze. Simply select the quantity of name tags you need and upload any relevant details. This could include your logo, a list of names, position titles, or even a photo of an existing badge, if you have one. then complete checkout.

Review Proof: 

Within one business day of receiving your order, a member of our team will prepare a proof for your review. Don't worry if it's not perfect on the first try - you can request as many revisions as necessary until you're completely satisfied with the design.

Approval and Production:

Once you are happy with the design, submit your approval, we will move into production phase. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to print, assemble and dispatch your custom name tags.

If you find that your Stamp Lab stamp runs out of ink prematurely within this period, reach out to us. We’ll send over a complimentary replacement ink pad, ensuring you continue to leave a lasting impression.

It's pivotal to mention that this 5000 impression guarantee is specific to standard stamps on paper using the original ink pad. Any usage with specialty or custom inks, or inks not procured from Stamp Lab, falls outside this assurance. Similarly, our guarantee doesn't cover stamps used on non-paper surfaces.
