Shipping Services We Offer

We provide a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Australia Post Regular

    • Delivery Timeframes:

      • Metro areas: 3–5 business days

      • Regional areas: 5–7 business days

    • Free shipping is available for orders that meet our current free shipping threshold (excludes Bulk Quantity, Oversized, Clearance/Bargain, and Special Order items). Free shipping must be selected at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

    • Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur a shipping fee, calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  2. Standard: Authority to Leave (Australia Post Regular)

    • Delivery Timeframes: Same as Standard Australia Post Regular.

    • By selecting this option, you authorise Australia Post to leave your shipment at the specified address without requiring a signature.

    • Important Note: Once the carrier marks the order as delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer. We can only cover loss in transit, not after delivery.

  3. Express Australia Post Express

    • Delivery Timeframes:

      • Metro areas: 1–2 business days

      • Regional areas: 2–4 business days

    • Express orders receive priority handling and are dispatched as quickly as possible. However, these timeframes are provided by our shipping partners and are indicative only. They do not represent a guarantee of delivery within a specific timeframe.

  4. International Shipping

    • We offer international shipping with tracking for orders outside Australia.

    • Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and carrier. We do not provide estimates for international transit times.

    • Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not liable for them.

Handling Times

  • Orders are dispatched from regional Queensland.

    • Brisbane: Can arrive as soon as the next business day (barring postal delays).

    • Northern Territory, Western Australia, and South Australia: Longer transit times may apply due to extended distances.

    • Metro locations generally experience faster delivery times than regional or rural areas.

  • Dispatch Times:

    • Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST (with items in stock) typically ship the same day.

    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST will ship the next business day.

    • Specialty manufactured items (e.g., Customised, Bulk Quantity, Oversize, Special Order, or “Open Box” items) may require 1–10 business days for processing. Standard off-the-shelf custom rubber stamps are excluded and follow normal despatch timeframes.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping applies to orders that meet our current free shipping threshold.

  • Exclusions: Bulk Quantity, Oversized items, Clearance/Bargain items, and Special Order items.

  • Free shipping must be selected at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Use this number to check your order’s delivery status on the carrier’s website or tracking service.

  • For international orders, additional duties and fees may apply, for which we are not responsible.

Insurance

  • All orders automatically include insurance indemnity cover provided by the shipping carrier.

  • Insurance is bound by the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Redirection Clause

  • Occasionally, carriers may redirect deliveries to a local post outlet or alternative location at their discretion due to accessibility issues, safety concerns, or recipient unavailability.

  • In such cases, the item is not classified as “lost” or “missing.” It is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the carrier to organise collection or redirection.

  • Once an order is dispatched, delivery issues (including redirections) are governed by the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Shipping on Specialty Manufactured and Specialty Items

  • Customised, Special Order, Bulk Quantity, Oversize, and “Open Box” items may require 1–10 business days for processing.

  • Standard off-the-shelf custom rubber stamps are excluded and ship the same day.
