Orders of $49 AUD or more excluding Bulk Quantity, Oversize items, Clearance or Bargain items and Special Order items are entitled to free standard shipping. Free shipping must be selected when using the online checkout tool if free shipping is not selected at the checkout at the time of purchase the free shipping offer is forfeited and can no longer be claimed.
Standard Shipping is Toll Priority 1-2 Day service, 1-2 days is our intention, not a guarantee. Rates are based on weight, shipping dimensions and destination. You will receive an email with shipping details including a tracking number once your order has been despatched. if an item is out of stock or unavailable customer service will contact you with alternative options.
Toll Priority is a Signature on delivery service and can not ship to P.O Boxes if a PO Box is supplied for shipping, delivery will default to tracked Australia Post standard post service.
If an order placed before 3 PM AEST, the order will ship the same day; if the order is placed after 3 PM AEST, the order will ship the following day. For orders placed on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday.
Same day Despatch on orders placed before 3 PM is our intent, not a guarantee. Every effort is exhausted to despatch orders placed before 3 PM on the same day, however, incomplete orders or out of stock items cannot be despatch and will require resupply, typically incurring a 1-2day delay in despatch.
Although we strive for fast delivery, certain orders may take longer to despatch. These include, but are not limited to:
- Orders of goods not currently in stock
- Orders placed with a request for a future release date, or a consolidated shipment
- Orders with special packaging or handling requests
- Orders placed by an account which is under credit review.
Tracking number will be supplied to you when your order ships. tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order through the delivery partners webs site or tracking service.Links provided are for convenience only.

Stamp Lab automatically includes insurance indemnity cover for all orders up to the retail value of your order or $500 AUD whichever is less. on orders exceeding $500 AUD, additional insurance cover can be purchased Stamp Lab will not be responsible for extra charges. Additional insurance is provided by shipping service providers and is bound by the terms and conditions issued by providers.
Shipping on Specialty Manufactured Items
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your Customised, Special order, Bulk Quantity, Oversize Items and Special Order or “Open Box” items.
Custom Rubber stamps are not considered speciality items and not subject to the 1-3 day processing delay, standard custom stamps ship same day.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Within 30 days of the original purchase of the product (Exchange/Refund Claim), a new product may be exchanged for another Stamp Lab product or returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.
To obtain an exchange or refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), and Stamp Lab must receive the product with your original packing slip/UPC label and proof of purchase within the Exchange/Refund Period. RMAs are valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA number, contact Customer Service at Warranty@StampLab.com.
Send the product with your original packing slip and proof of purchase and RMA Number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other Stamp Lab product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Customised, Special order or “Open Box” Items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless return, refund or exchange is a result of a product defect cover by Stamp Lab Warranty.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Stamp Lab.
Upon receipt of a valid exchange/refund claim during the Exchange/Refund Period, Stamp Lab will, in the case of an exchange, credit the purchase price of the exchanged product (exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling/insurance/duty charges) toward the online order of an in-stock Stamp Lab product. In the case of a refund, Stamp Lab will refund the purchase price of the returned product (exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling/insurance/duty charges) within 30 days of the receipt of the refund claim.
Stamp Lab reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in like-new condition. Like-new means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and/or accessories without damage (including without wear and tear).
In-stock online orders generally ship same day if the order is received before 3 PM AEST, so if you would like to cancel an order after it is already placed, it must be done before 3 PM the same day. Unfortunately, Small Item Shipping rate is no longer available the decision was made to discontinue small item shipping as the lack of traceability, the extended delivery time frame and high rate of lost shipments was not in our customers best interest. Stamp Lab strives to deliver our products to our users without delay in a fully transparent manner and we felt that these values were not aligned with the values of our small item delivery partner.
