Shipping

Orders qualify for free standard shipping when the order value meets our current free shipping threshold, which varies periodically. This threshold excludes Bulk Quantity, Oversize items, Clearance or Bargain items, and Special Order items. Free shipping must be selected during the online checkout process. If free shipping is not selected at checkout, the offer is forfeited and cannot be applied retroactively.

Free shipping orders as sent by Australia Post Regular.

Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a shipping fee. You can choose between shipping methods including Australia Post Regular, or Australia Post Express, with rates calculated based on weight, shipping dimensions, and destination during checkout.

Australia Post Regular: Metro areas: 3 – 5 business days. Regional areas: 5 – 7 business days

 

Please note that delivery times can vary based on real-world factors, and these estimates are provided by Australia Post.

International transit times will vary depending on the carrier, We provide no estimation for international transit times service used will be trackable.

Order of less than current free shipping threshold default Shipping is Australia Post regular. 

3-10 days delivery is our intention, however not a guarantee.  You will receive an email with shipping details including a tracking number once your order has been despatched. 

We aim to provide real-time inventory availability on our website. Some items may be temporarily out of stock and disabled for purchase based on supplier lead times, while others are available for backorder. When selecting a backordered item, you are pre-ordering it, and it will be fulfilled as soon as it becomes available. You will receive a notification with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) once it is confirmed.

Our Australia Post collection time is 4:30 PM AEST. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly upon design approval, dispatch times can vary depending on demand. Express orders receive priority handling.

Orders are generally dispatched on the same day as design approval. However, please note that due to varying demand and product availability, dispatch times may differ. If an order is placed before our daily collection at 4:30 PM AEST and the items are in stock, it will typically ship the same day. For products that are made to order, we require sufficient time to build and assemble them before dispatch. Orders placed after our collection time will be shipped the following business day.

If you require expedited delivery, please reach out to our customer service team. They may be able to assist in fast-tracking your order.

Please note, for orders placed on a Friday, delivery may occur on the following Monday.

Order Tracking

Tracking number will be supplied to you when your order ships. tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order through the delivery partners webs site or tracking service.

Please be aware for all orders outside of Australia, there may be applicable shipping duties and fees for which Stamp Lab is not responsible.

Insurance

Stamp Lab automatically includes insurance indemnity cover for all orders, insurance is provided by shipping service providers and is bound by the terms and conditions issued by providers.

 

Redirected Deliveries Clause

Occasionally, Australia Post or other carriers may redirect a delivery to a local post outlet or alternative location for various reasons, including but not limited to accessibility issues, safety concerns, or recipient unavailability. In such instances where an alternate collection or delivery option is offered by the carrier, we do not classify the item as 'lost' or 'missing'. It is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the carrier to organise a redirection or to collect the item from the provided location.

Please note that once an order is dispatched and handed over to the carrier, we are no longer in control of the delivery process. We ensure that the carrier receives the correct delivery details as provided by the customer at the time of order placement. However, any subsequent delivery issues, including redirections, are governed by the terms and conditions of the carrier. The carrier reserves the right to redirect deliveries as they deem necessary.

Customers are advised to monitor their shipment using the provided tracking information and to contact the carrier directly for any delivery concerns. We encourage our customers to understand that redirections are sometimes necessary and are part of the carrier's effort to securely deliver your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations."


Shipping on Specialty Manufactured Items

Please allow 1-10 business days for processing of your Customised, Special order, Bulk Quantity, Oversize Items and Special Order or “Open Box” items.
Custom Rubber stamps are not considered speciality items and not subject to the processing delay, standard custom stamps ship same day.
