Orders of $99 AUD or more excluding Bulk Quantity, Oversize items, Clearance or Bargain items and Special Order items are entitled to free standard shipping. Free shipping must be selected when using the online checkout tool if free shipping is not selected at the checkout at the time of purchase the free shipping offer is forfeited and can no longer be claimed.
Free shipping orders are sent Regular domestic shipping as standard you have the option to upgrade to Express Post for an additional fee.
Orders of less than $99 are subject to a shipping charge, you have the option of selecting Regular Domestic shipping for a flat rate of $8 or Australia Post Express from $12
Regular domestic service is a 3-10 tracked service.
Australia Post Express is a 2-6 day service, with tracking.
All orders are shipped requiring Signature on delivery as standard, if a PO Box is supplied for shipping, delivery will default to a tracked Australia Post service.
The Delivery time frames specified are our intention, not a guarantee. Flat rates is the default for most products, Bulk Quantity, Oversize items, Clearance or Bargain items and Special Order items postage is charged based on weight, shipping dimensions and destination.
Upon order despatch you will receive an email with shipping details including a tracking number and carrier details for the most accurate and up to date ETA refer to the carriers they are best able to give an accurate delivery time frame estimate based on real world conditions affecting your delivery.
We strive to maintain accurate inventory quantities within our system, only in stock items should be available for purchase through the online store. If an item is incorrectly marked as available and is out of stock, unavailable or found to be unsuitable for sale a member of our customer service will contact you with alternative options.
Our intent is for all standard orders placed before 3 PM AEST to ship the same day; if the order is placed after 3 PM AEST, the order will ship the following day.
For orders placed on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered on weekends.
Same day Despatch on orders placed before 3 PM is our intent, not a guarantee. Every effort is exhausted to despatch orders placed before 3 PM on the same day, however, incomplete orders or out of stock items cannot be despatch and will require resupply, typically incurring a 1-2 day delay in despatch.
Although we strive for fast delivery, certain orders may take longer to despatch. These include, but are not limited to:
- Orders of goods not currently in stock
- Orders placed with a request for a future release date, or a consolidated shipment
- Orders with special packaging or handling requests
- Orders placed by an account which is under credit review.
Tracking number will be supplied to you when your order ships. tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order through the delivery partners webs site or tracking service. Links provided are for convenience only.

Stamp Lab automatically includes insurance indemnity cover for all orders. Insurance is provided by shipping service providers and is bound by the terms and conditions issued by providers.
Shipping on Specialty Manufactured Items
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing of Special order, Bulk Quantity, Oversize Items and Special Order or “Open Box” items.
Custom Rubber stamps are not considered speciality items and not subject to the extended processing delay, standard off the shelf custom stamps ship same day.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Within 30 days of the original purchase of the product (Exchange/Refund Claim), a new product may be exchanged for another Stamp Lab product or returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.
To obtain an exchange or refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), and Stamp Lab must receive the product with your original manufacturer packaging within the Exchange/Refund Period. To obtain an RMA number, contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Customised, Special order or “Open Box” Items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless return, refund or exchange is a result of a product defect cover by Stamp Lab Warranty.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise non defective items are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Stamp Lab.
Upon receipt of a valid exchange/refund claim during the Exchange/Refund Period, Stamp Lab will, in the case of an exchange, credit the purchase price of the exchanged product (exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling/insurance/duty charges) toward the online order of an in-stock Stamp Lab product. In the case of a refund, Stamp Lab will refund the purchase price of the returned product (exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling/insurance/duty charges) within 30 days of the receipt of the refund claim.
Stamp Lab reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in like-new condition. Like-new means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and/or accessories without damage (including without wear and tear), a restocking fee may be payable for items returned customised products.
In-stock online orders generally ship same day if the order is received before 3 PM AEST. Order cancellations and edits can be initiated by the customer using the link in your order confirmation email, these links are disabled once an order has been processed.
parcel collection is usually 4:30 PM If you would like to cancel an order after processing before despatch, it must be done before 4 PM the same day. Contact email@example.com with your order reference number, if the order has not yet despatched the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. if the order has despatched already the merchandise must be returned before a refund can be initiated.
