2. Personalise with Our Design Tool. Utilise our user-friendly online design tool to input your personal details and tailor the text as needed.

3. Need a Preview? If you want to review your stamp design before we produce it, simply select the "Send me a proof before production" checkbox during your order process.

4. Submit & Wait for Swift Dispatch. Once you're satisfied with your design, submit your order. If we receive your order before 3pm AEST, we'll ship it out the same day. For orders after this time, expect shipment the next business day.

For longer-lasting use, you can purchase a replacement ink pad and a refill ink bottle. Each refill only requires 3–5 drops of ink, helping you get the most out of your stamp and ensuring you're always ready to stamp when needed.

Standard stamp inks don’t dry properly on non-porous surfaces, making permanent marking impossible. We've solved this by pairing the self inking stamp with Noris 007 Quick-Dry Ink, ensuring clear, long-lasting impressions on even the trickiest surfaces.

Important Notes:

• Quick-dry ink dries in 2-5 minutes (not instantly) to ensure a lasting impression.

• For best longevity, store the ink pad sealed in a zip-lock bag when not in use.

Depending on the situation, we will either exchange the product to better meet your needs or offer a refund if a resolution cannot be reached.

If a fix or exchange is viable, we will provide this at no additional cost. However, if you prefer a return, a shipping and restocking fee may apply. In cases where no viable fix is available, we’ll refund your order in full, including shipping costs.
