We're excited to get started on your custom stamp! We accept a wide range of artwork formats to make the process as smooth as possible. Here's what you can upload to help us create your perfect stamp:

• Design Layouts: Complete designs are fantastic but not required. We can work with what you have!
• Logos: Including your logo is great for brand recognition.
• Links: Have your files on Dropbox or another service? Just share the link with us.
• Brand Guidelines: These help us understand your style and preferences.
• Name Lists: Lists of names and titles are best submitted as spreadsheets.
• Sketches: Hand-drawn sketches give us a clear idea of your layout and design preferences.
• Notes: Brief descriptions or special instructions can point us in the right direction.

Order, Review, Approve, and Receive Your Custom Stamps - It's That Simple!

1. Place Your Order:
Ordering is quick and hassle-free. Just:

• Choose your stamp size.
• Specify the quantity.
• Upload any pertinent details (e.g., logo, name list, existing stamp photo). Art Guide
• Check out.

2. Review & Revise:
Within a business day, you'll get a proof for review. Need changes? We're on it until you're entirely pleased.

3. Production & Dispatch:
Approve the design, and we jump into action. If your approval hits our inbox by 3 pm AEST, your stamp is on its way the same day. Approvals after that? It'll ship the next business day.

The delivery times listed below are estimates only and are based on typical transit times provided by our shipping partners. These estimates do not represent a guarantee. Once an order has been dispatched, we have no control over shipping delays caused by the carrier.

At Stamp Lab, we are committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all standard products. If you find the item unsuitable, not fit for purpose, or are otherwise unhappy with it, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we will either exchange the product to better meet your needs or offer a refund if a resolution cannot be reached.

If a fix or exchange is viable, we will provide this at no additional cost. However, if you prefer a return, a shipping and restocking fee may apply. In cases where no viable fix is available, we’ll refund your order in full, including shipping costs.

Our 12-Month Warranty covers defective products to ensure peace of mind after the initial 30-day period. See the warranty section below for more details.
